He is a Royal Prince, a founder shareholder and the President of the Board of Directors of the Company. A distinguished Salesman, Company Director  and Administrator, Boniface Nwabuko had held prominent management positions in the automobile industry such as:- Commercial Manager, National Trucks Manufacturer Ltd. Kano (1981- 1988), Branch Manager, SCOA Nigeria Plc for Enugu, Benin and Apapa Branches between 1988 to 1996; Assistant General Manager - Corporate SCOA Nigeria Plc (1996 1999); Deputy General Manager, Corporate Sales (1999 - 2003).

He is presently the Group Commercial Director  of SCOA Nigeria Plc. He holds a Bsc. Honours degree in Zoology from the University of Ibadan (1978) and Advanced Management Diploma Certificate in Management from the University of Lagos (UNILAG CONSULT) in 1993. He has attended various courses in Strategic Marketing, Sales Management, Total Quality Management, Professional Selling and Marketing Strategy within and outside the country. A devout Catholic and a Community leader, He is a member of the esteemed Order of the Knights of St. Mulumba where he has served as a past Metropolitan Secretary. He was the former president of Olokoro Welfare Association Lagos, first Vice President of Federated Olokoro Development Union and  President of Umuahia Development Union in Lagos.

A Leader and Philanthropist. He was conferred with the prestigious title of Dike Eji Eje Mba 1 of Olokoro and the Ugo na Chi Mba 1 of Azuiyi Epe Olokoro Autonomous Community. Based on his legendary community service to his people, on the 27th of December 2012, he was conferred with the High Chieftaincy title of ‘ Udoha 1 of Amizi Olokoro Autonomous community. He is married to 'Joy' an educationist and their marriage is blessed with four children.

Armed with a First Class degree in Business Administration, an M.Sc from London School of Economics and Political Science and a Ph.D in Business Administration from New York University, Garba proceeded to distinguish himself as a foremost academician rising to the position of an Associate Professor and Dean Faculty of Administration at Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria.
After 14 years in the University, Garba joined the private sector. First he was at ICON Merchant Bank where for six years as Assistant General Manager, Human resource Management, he was responsible for the industrial relation, coordinated training, programme design and delivery, designed the bank’s performance and reward management system.

His final position was as a Director of Research at the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC). He coordinated and supervised the three schools of the corporation training centre (the technical school, management school and school for bank directors). He also coordinated the determination of the training needs of the Corporation and prepared the teaching curricula, facilitated training delivery, and evaluated training effectiveness. As Director of Research he co-ordinated and supervised all research and publication activities including research in banking and finance, and banking manpower.

Arising from his combined experiences he has acquired in both the academic and organised private sectors he has designed a repertoire of training and leadership programmes for clients and has trained many directors and aspiring leaders in the private and public sectors.

As a consultant he has worked extensively with clients in various sectors including education, transport, security printing, energy, banking, IT and the public sector with special reference  to organisational strategy and development, conflict resolution in industry, human capital development, strategic innovation, leadership and utilization of human resource in both the public and private sectors.

He has been member of various councils including those of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Economic Society, National Centre for Economic Management and Administration, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Financial Institution Training Centre. In addition he was elected to the membership of many organisations including the Nigeria Industrial Relations Association, the Nigerian Institute of Consultants and the Nigerian Academy of Management.

He is a founder shareholder and the Managing Director/Chief Executive Office of the company. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Marketing) degree from the Delta State University (2000) and a B.Sc in Business Administration (Marketing) from the Ahmadu Bello University (A.B.U.) Zaria (1989). He also holds a certificate in computer programming, Double Diploma in Accounting from the Katsina Polytechnic and Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. Based on his diverse business experience with unwavering acumen in building strategic structures with integrated  systems of network and synergy, Godwin has attended several training programmes in telelecommunication, intelligent cash  security  solutions, cash management, electrical and electronics, printing and publishing in many countries in Europe and Vietnam.

Godwin  has evolved with the market and has always believed in the philosophy of turnkey services. His vision meant that the company is already providing cost effective outsourcing services. He is also an expert in security business with respect to cash handling and deposit systems. Godwin  is an international certified professional in the detection of fake banknote currencies for any state or Government. He also has vast experience in merchandising, commodity arbitrage and contracting.

He is a prime mover in the field of import and  export Promotion, event management, marketing communications and banking automation. He is a seasoned Printer and Publisher with several years of experience in Desktop Publishing, security printing, digital  Printing and imaging. He was the Administrative/Marketing Manager of Prompt Enterprises Nigeria Ltd. (1991 - 1993) a large printing company in Lagos and the Marketing Manager of Kransgraphics Nigeria Ltd (1993). Between 1993 and 1995 he was the Marketing Manager-Financial Services of Core investments and Capital Markets Limited where he took charge of trade finance and marketing.

He is a Director in several companies amongst which are EXCLUSIVITY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, COLOUR SEPARATION LTD, and MIDLAND COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED. High Chief Godwin Nwabuko is a devout catholic and a member of the Noble Order of the Knights of St. Mulumba, Nigeria, where he has served as the Metropolitan Public Relations Officer and Warden for  Ikeja Sub- Council respectively. A philanthropist of note , Godwin have received more than thirty (30) awards for his penchant desire to nurture social development and spirituality through his unrelenting contributions  to societies  and organizations to promote their growth and development.  A problem solver, an astute mobilizer, an innovator and change agent. A respected hardworking entrepreneur and writer, he sits on the board of The Catholic Herald Newspaper, Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos. High  Chief Nwabuko is a member of so many professional Associations and presently the designate President of The Nigerian- Vietnamese Business council. High Chief Godwin Okezie Nwabuko is happily  married to Lady Adaeze Emmanuela Nwabuko (LSM), a  Canadian and United Kingdom trained nutritionist and Public Health Scientist.



He is a Director of the Company, a career banker, financial, investment and management expert.  He is a prime mover in the Banking industry having acquired over a period of eighteen years of active financial engineering and resource management.  He started his banking career with International Merchant Bank Limited in 1982 as Manager Oil and Gas, construction Real Estate, Publishing and Hospitals.

He moved over to Zenith International Bank Ltd between June 1990 to October, 1996 where he rose to the position of a General Manager Treasury, Administration and Branches.  His remarkable achievements in Zenith Bank gave him a move over to United Bank for Africa Plc between November 1996 to December 1999 as the Deputy General Manager (DGM), commercial south with a Supervision of asset base of over N10 billion and 18 Senior Relationship Managers.  Based on his successful leadership role in the UBA Turnaround he was employed to turnaround the technically insolvent New Nigeria Bank Plc as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.  Based on High Chief Ugorji’s consolidated expertise and confidence in handling turnaround management at every level of operation for a banking institution, he was invited by the consortium of three (3) Banks that acquired the distressed Africa Continental Bank Plc, to turnaround the bank as the Managing Director/Chief Executive.

An alumnus of the University of Nigeria Nsukka he holds a B.Sc Degree in Management (1976) and MBA, Finance and Banking (1980).  A widely travelled man, High Chief  Ugorji is happily married  with three children.  Based on his outstanding philanthropic work, Martins was honoured with the prestigious chieftaincy title of Adilotu thereby conferring on him a position of a High Chief in Okwu Olokoro autonomous community in Umuahia South Local Government Area of Abia State.



He is a distinguished Administrator and entrepreneur.  An alumnus of the University of Nigeria Nsukka.  He obtained his B.Sc Ed Economics in 1982 with Second Class Upper Division and bagged a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1989.  He was a Senior Education Officer in Kaduna State Ministry of Education for three (3) years and an Assistant fellow in the National Centre for Economic Management and Administration (NCEMA) at Ibadan Oyo State. Igwe Vitus Unogu was a senior Lecturer for thirteen (13) years in the Department of Business Administration and Management, NUHUBAMALI Polytechnic Zaria, Kaduna State. He served as the Strategic Manager representing Imo State in the National Open University (NOUN).  A devout catholic and a community leader.  He is a member of the esteemed Order of the Knights of St. Mulumba and a former President General of the Igbo Community in Zaria, Kaduna State.  He is married to Chief (Lady) Ann Unogu (LSM).

His Royal Highness Vitus Unogu and the wife hold the prestigious Chieftaincy of ONWANDIIGBO AND NNEOHA of Azuiyi Epe Olokoro Autonomous community in Umuahia South L.G.A. Abia State. HRH Vitus I. Unogu is the traditional ruler of the Igbo community in Zaria, Kaduna State. Their marriage is blessed with five (5) children.



He is an agronomist, forester, seasoned Administrator and a technocrat.  He had his B.Sc (Hons) in 1976 from University of Nigeria Nsukka in the field of Soil and Land Science and an M.Sc in Rural Resources Management from the University of Bangor United Kingdom in 1996.  A widely travelled man, from 1988 to 1993 he represented Nigeria as the Deputy Project Director in the EEC/FGN Katsina Afforestration programme. 

Mr. Onwusiribe’s strong commitment and excellence made him to rise to the position of Assistant Director Forestry in the Federal Ministry of Agriculture.  He is married to Florence, a renowned educationist and School Administrator.  Their marriage is blessed with five (5) children.
